What is the function of K18 hair mask?
The K18 Hair Mask is a progressive hair treatment that can be combined with various professional salon services or taken home for a complete treatment. Whether in the salon or at home, application is equally simple: simply apply the product evenly to clean, damp, towel-dried hair, leave it on for four minutes, and then blow-dry. The K18 Hair Mask's molecules are incredibly lightweight, penetrating deeply into the hair cortex to rebuild damaged hair structure.
As a home user, do I need to use K18 Mist?
K18 In-salon Mist is specially formulated for use in salons, allowing hair to be exposed to chemical products used in salons to strengthen hair as quickly as possible. Therefore, using K18 In-salon Mist for daily maintenance at home is generally sufficient.
How much K18 Hair Mask should I use?
Apply a small amount to your hair first, then adjust the amount by pumping a small amount each time to suit your hair length, thickness, and condition. Apply just enough to coat your hair evenly. Do not overdo. (*Refer to the chart below to determine the appropriate amount for fine to coarse hair.)
What is the function of K18 introduction spray?
The K18 Infusion Spray is clinically proven to repair damaged hair in just four minutes, making it ideal for quickly strengthening hair structure in the salon in preparation for subsequent salon services. Its mildly alkaline formula (pH 7.5-8.0) primarily opens the hair's cuticle, allowing the product to quickly penetrate the cortex and repair damaged areas at the core. K18 Peptide™ activates, rebuilds, and restores strength and elasticity deep within the hair's cortex.
Before any hair treatment, dyeing, or perming, simply use K18 Infusion Spray and wait for 4 minutes to restore your hair to its healthiest and most elastic state, making it resistant to subsequent chemical damage. Please note that K18 still requires professional judgment to adjust the chemical dosage for subsequent salon services; inappropriate dosage may still damage your hair.
Will K18 be lost after shampooing?
The K18 hair mask and infusion spray are permanent. In addition to repairing the scaly surface of the hair to achieve a smooth effect, it will thoroughly penetrate into the bottom layer of the hair core through the hair cuticles that open when the hair is wet, strengthening the hair core structure. Even if you use shampoo, it will not be lost, achieving a fundamental improvement.

Step 1: Confirm the order process - After adding the selected products to the shopping cart, click "Check Out" and fill in your personal information and delivery address to submit the order and check out
Step 2: You can choose to pay directly online by credit card or by offline bank transfer.
*If you choose bank transfer/FPS, the deposit/FPS details will be displayed on the checkout page and in an email. After the transfer, please return the deposit/FPS details to us along with a photo of your order number and proof of deposit.
Step 3: After the order is successfully sent, the system will confirm the order information and delivery address via email
How many days will it take to deliver after placing an order?

We use SF Express, and the goods will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
What is the daily order cut-off time?
Office working days: Monday to Friday (Closed on Saturdays and public holidays)
The cut-off time for orders is 9:00 am every day. Orders placed after 9:00 am will be processed on the next business day.
What should I pay attention to after placing an order?
After placing your order, please check your email. You will receive an order confirmation email. If you chose to pay by deposit, the email will provide your account information. After the deposit is made, please reply to our email with a photo of the deposit slip and order number.
Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct. You will receive an email with the order status and tracking number after the item is shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk Box/ Spam/ Google Promotion inbox.
